St. Vincent’s College Incorporated plays a historic role as one of the signatories in the ASEAN Connect Covenant in strengthening the role of Higher Education Institutions in the ASEAN Region, India, and Japan in the field of community engagement/development. The signing took place during the ASEAN forum on Extension held at the Century Park Hotel, Manila, The Philippines on September 21-22, 2017.
