The Center for Community Extension and Linkages – External Affairs Division was created to strengthen SVCI’s partnership to its external partners. SVCI values the role of its local and international partners in promoting the furtherance of better understanding between the peoples of the world in accordance with its Vision and Mission. Furthermore, it provides mechanisms to expose every Vincentians in various engagements especially to the ASEAN region and Global Community to keep the College updated on the current demands and trends of the industry and to establish strong collaboration between SVCI and other higher education institution in the fields of Research, Community Development, Student Exchange, and Faculty Exchange among others.


Vision

 The External Affairs Division envisions that Vincentians shall become global citizens, who think globally while living a life in accordance with SVCI’s Core Values: Excellence, Service, and Character Formation.

Mission

 The External Affairs Division as an affiliate division of the Center for Community Extension and Linkages is committed to:

  • Promote strong partnership between SVCI and the local and international Industries, government organizations, non-government organizations, people’s organization and other Institutions of higher learning;
  • Integrate relevant and responsive activities in creating sustainable programs in Research, Community Development, Student Exchange, and Faculty Exchange among others through strong collaboration of its partners;
  • Transcends Roman Catholic Values and Spiritual Orientations as God’s Creation among its stakeholders, future partners, customers, and employees;

 Goals

In order to achieve its vision and mission, through the Center for Community Extension and Linkages – External Affairs Division, shall engage Vincentians in meaningful and productive local and international engagements.
