Twenty-seven (27) employees of St. Vincent’s College Incorporated were recognized for their contribution and service to the school which has spanned for 25 years and more during the Centennial Awardees’ Night at Leona’s Place. Bishop Severo Caermare, SVCI President, thanked the awardees and gave his inspirational message saying,
“I was filled with gratitude for the years you have rendered, and for the formation you have made for the school; most especially your contributions not just in school, but to the Diocese of Dipolog.”
A simple banquet intended for the honorees’ and the faculty and staff of SVCI was laid out for everybody to enjoy. Aside from Bishop Caermare, other heads were also there to witness this prestigious event such as Rev. Fr. Nathaniele A. Denlaoso, the Executive Vice President, Dr. Rosalinda C. Baloria, Vice President for Academic Affairs who was also an awardee, Rev. Fr. Rodel Agodera, the School Chaplain and the Principal of the Basic Education Campus, Rev. Fr. Simplicio Lomarda.

The celebration continued with video clips of the awardees’ messages, thanking SVCI and sharing their experiences while working on this Institution. Gone with office and faculty uniforms, the awardees opted for a more suitable outfit to suit the tone of the evening. Gentlemen looked great in their tuxedos and barong Tagalog while the ladies were elegant in their Filipiniana gowns.

Years may pass and days may end, however, the strong foundation that has been rooted in the hearts and minds of the personnel in St. Vincent’s College Incorporated will never cease. Though they have reached more than 25 years in service, they chose to stay, chose to inspire the lives of student, and still choosing to serve for the betterment and further progress of this school. Soar high awardees. This is not the end of your career; this is just the start of reaping the fruits of your endeavors.
